• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change due to market conditions or variations from our suppliers.
• Promotional offers may be available for a limited time only.
• We may limit the quantity of any product purchased per person or per order.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel affected orders, even after an order has been placed.

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only; delays may occur due to logistics or circumstances beyond our control.
• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. A flat shipping fee applies by payment method: ₹59 for prepaid orders and ₹99 for Cash on Delivery.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact details.
• Undelivered orders (RTO). If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us — because the address or contact details were incorrect, nobody was available to receive it, or delivery was refused — shipping charges are not refundable. For prepaid orders, the outbound and return courier charges we actually incur are deducted from any refund. Cash-on-Delivery orders have nothing to refund, and any confirmation advance paid to place the order is forfeited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Haryana. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
