How long does delivery take?

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata) typically receive orders within 1–2 business days. Tier-2 cities take 2–3 business days, and remote locations may take up to 5 business days. We dispatch all orders placed before 2 PM the same day.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat fee based on your payment method: ₹59 for prepaid orders (UPI, cards, net-banking) and ₹99 for Cash on Delivery. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link from our courier partner (Shiprocket / Delhivery / Blue Dart depending on your pin code). You can also view live tracking from your account under My Orders.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available on all orders up to ₹5,000 across serviceable pin codes. Cash on Delivery carries a flat ₹99 shipping fee, versus ₹59 for prepaid orders. Simply choose "Cash on Delivery" at checkout to see if it's available for your pin code.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding to UAE, USA (Indian diaspora) and select South Asian markets. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories included. To initiate a return, email support@sparexo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange a free pickup from your doorstep.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually 1–2 business days after pickup), we process your refund within 24 hours. The amount reflects in your account within 5–7 business days for bank transfers, or 2–3 business days for UPI and wallets.

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

We're really sorry if that happened! Please email us at support@sparexo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange an immediate replacement at no cost, or a full refund if the item is out of stock — no questions asked.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, exchanges are supported for the same product (e.g. different colour) or a different compatible product of equal or higher value (you pay the difference). Initiate via email with your order ID and preferred replacement item. Exchange pickups and re-deliveries are free.

How do I know which replacement part fits my earbuds?

Each product listing clearly states the compatible models (e.g. "Apple AirPods Pro 2nd Gen - Left Earbud"). You can also use the search bar with your exact model name, or contact our support team via chat or email — our product specialists will confirm compatibility before you order.

Are the parts genuine / OEM quality?

Absolutely. All parts sold on Sparexo are either OEM (sourced from the original manufacturer's supply chain) or Grade-A aftermarket parts that meet the original specifications. We don't sell Class B or refurbished parts unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

Do you provide installation help?

Yes! Each product page has a link to an installation guide video. For complex replacements (like charging case port repairs), our support team can walk you through the process over a video call during business hours. We also have a growing YouTube channel with step-by-step tutorials.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking, EMI (on cards and Bajaj Finserv), and Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (Indian payments) and Stripe (card payments).

Can I save multiple delivery addresses?

Yes. Log in to your account, go to My Account → Addresses, and you can save up to 5 delivery addresses. You can set a default address and switch between them at checkout with a single click.

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched (usually within 2 hours of placement). To cancel, go to My Orders in your account and click Cancel, or call us immediately at +91 99113 38010. Once dispatched, you'll need to use the return process instead.
