Refund Policy

You may request a return or refund if:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The product received is incorrect or different from what you ordered.
• The product is missing parts or accessories.

To be eligible:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
• A recorded video should show all sides while unboxing the packaging and the product.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Items purchased under "clearance" or "final sale" categories.
• Bulk/customized orders, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

   After review, we will provide the return instructions.

   Inspection

   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will update you on the refund status.

   Refund issued

   A refund for a returned order usually takes 10–15 days. We inspect the returned product first; once it passes inspection, the refund is initiated to your original payment method.

If preferred, a replacement can be provided instead of a refund (subject to stock availability). Exchanges are available for:

• The same product, or
• A product of equal value.

For all other return reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
