Yes — that is exactly what this is. You get the single right earbud, without the case or the other bud, so one dead or lost side does not mean buying a whole new pair.
Will it pair with the case and earbud I already own?
Yes. A replacement bud is not paired on its own from your phone — it is adopted during a factory reset of the pair, with both buds present.
