Sparexo does not give a warranty on open-box items — instead, every unit is thoroughly checked and tested before it ships. Every order comes with a GST invoice (emailed to you on delivery, and always in My Orders), so if the product is still under the manufacturer's warranty you can claim it at the brand's authorised service centre with that invoice. The brand decides the claim under its own warranty terms.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 4–10 working days anywhere in India: up to 3 working days for us to pack it and hand it to the courier, then 3–7 days on the way. You can follow it any time on the Track Order page.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, on orders of ₹499 or more, Cash on Delivery is available across India. You pay a ₹30 confirmation advance online when you place the order, and the balance to the courier at your door. Paying fully online instead is cheaper on shipping. A GST invoice is included either way.
