Does this come with earbuds?
No — this is the charging case only. It is for people whose buds are fine but whose case was lost, broken, or no longer holds charge.
Will my existing earbuds work with this case?
Yes, provided they are the same model. Charge the new case for at least half an hour first, then run your model factory reset with both buds so they re-sync through the new case. The steps differ by brand — some models reset inside the case, others with both buds held outside it — so follow our reset guide for your brand, then forget the old entry in your phone Bluetooth settings and pair again.
Which model does this fit?
It fits buds, earbuds, left, parts. Match that against your own device before ordering — a part from a different generation of the same product usually will not fit, and that is the most common cause of a wrong order.
Is this an original part?
Yes. It is an original Boult part, sold on its own and tested for audio, charging and Bluetooth pairing before dispatch. It comes as a spare, not in the brand's sealed retail box and without the manufacturer's warranty, which is why it costs a fraction of a new set.
What if the part doesn't work when it arrives?
Every part is tested before dispatch, and you have a 7-day replacement window from delivery. Record a short video while you unbox and first try the part — it settles a claim immediately. Contact support with your order number and we will replace it.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across India. You pay a ₹30 confirmation advance online when you place the order, and the balance to the courier at your door. Paying fully online instead is cheaper on shipping. A GST invoice is included either way.

Stock is limited and the exact quantity is shown next to the buy button on this page. Spare parts for older models are not always restocked once they run out, so if the page still lets you order, it is available.
