The case itself will not take a charge and shows no LED. Work through cable, port and battery in order — and know when the case is simply worn out.
Before you start
1Change the cable AND the adapter, separately
Cables fail far more often than cases. Try a different cable with the same adapter, then the original cable with a different adapter or a laptop port. Change one thing at a time or you will not know which one was broken.
2Look inside the case port with a torch
Pocket lint compacts into the bottom of a USB-C or micro-USB port until the plug can no longer seat. If the plug feels shallow or wobbly, this is almost certainly it.
3Dry-pick the lint out
Case unplugged. Use a wooden or plastic toothpick and scrape gently from the back of the port towards the opening. Lint usually comes out as one compressed plug. Do not use a needle, a paperclip, or compressed air held close.
4Leave it on charge for two full hours
A deeply discharged case can sit dark for several minutes before any LED appears, and some show nothing at all until they cross a threshold. Two hours undisturbed is the honest test. If a light appears at any point, the case is alive.
5Judge the age
If the cable, adapter and port are all ruled out and there is still no light after two hours, the internal cell has almost certainly reached the end of its life. Two to three years of daily use is a normal lifespan, and Indian summer heat shortens it.

Can the case battery be replaced on its own?
On virtually every budget TWS, no. The cell is glued inside a sealed shell, unlabelled, and not sold as a spare. The case is the serviceable unit, which is why replacement cases exist as a product at all.
My buds still work. Do I need to buy new buds as well?
No. If both buds power on and play audio, keep them and replace only the case. Check that the replacement case is for your exact model, since pocket shape and contact spacing differ even within one brand.
The case charges but does not charge the buds. Is that the same fault?
No, that is a different problem — start with the contact cleaning and cross-test in our guide on one earbud not charging. A case that takes power but does not pass it on is usually dirty pockets or one collapsed pin.
Will a replacement case pair with my existing buds?
The case is a battery and a cradle, not the radio, so pairing lives in the buds. You will normally need one factory reset after the swap so the buds re-sync to each other. Our pairing guide covers the sequence.
